How do I download from Vimeo?
There’s many things that can be said about us, and probably fairly, but one thing that can’t be said about STM is that we aren’t a helpful bunch.
In the spirit of being helpful, this blog will be all about how to download from Vimeo.
This will be useful if you’re at the end of your project and you’re happy with the final product, so it’s now time to download it and share it across whichever platforms you wish to.
It’s a good platform to do so because the client can view videos at different stages and leave comments at exact points for us to make amendments.
Let’s get into it.
The Feedback Stage
So, to the bottom right of the video, we have a download button. If you hover over it, it does say the word download as well, just to be polite. And if you click on this, it’ll then give you options of how to download the video of whatever quality suits you.
We recommend 1080p, the highest quality 🤌.
If you click that button, you’ll see the download begin in your download bar. This will then save into your downloads folder on your computer and you can store it however you like.
The Download Link
So, when you’re happy with your video, we will send out a download link and this will directly show you how to download from Vimeo.
So, this is what it would look like as you receive your download link.
Click the big blue button that has ‘download’ written across it and you’ll be able to choose whichever quality or file size you please. Again, we’d recommend the 1080p here.
