Are you gearing up for an on-camera interview? Whether it’s your first time or you’re looking to refine your on-screen presence, there are key elements you need to be aware of before the camera starts rolling. Here are six critical things you should find out before stepping into the spotlight:
1. Sitting or Standing
Your posture can significantly impact your delivery and presence on camera. Knowing whether you’ll be sitting or standing helps you prepare mentally and physically.
If sitting, practice maintaining a good posture without appearing stiff. If standing, work on a comfortable stance that exudes confidence.
2. To Camera or Off Camera
