Live streaming is the perfect accompaniment to your event and the best way to expand your reach to new levels.
They make it accessible to the widest audience possible and let the whole world watch your event in real time.
Not only that, they immortalise your event! You’re left with a full video of your event that you can then edit into smaller, more shareable highlight versions and start creating the buzz for your next big event.
Live streaming can work brilliantly for companies looking to deliver key messages across the world without unnecessary travel for lots of staff. It can also work well for awards ceremonies, sports events and graduation ceremonies at universities.
More or less any kind of meeting of people can be live streamed and made to look incredible.

This can be on a dedicated landing page, on YouTube or any other streaming platforms, including Zoom, Facebook and Vimeo. We can also keep the recordings of the events for watching back at a future date or for further video editing.
We have a plethora of equipment and can cater to any size live stream, we use a number of remotely operated cameras, controlled from our production console, meaning we can operate in much smaller teams and our cameras have a smaller footprint.
Our experienced in-house team can look after the whole set up, staging, graphics and any video content.
We can include your branding across the whole live stream and embed engaging features for your audience such as live chat and polls.

This is where you set up in a physical venue, have presenters, speakers and hosts all on a stage, talking to a virtual audience who could be watching anywhere in the world.
Participants on the stream might physically present on stage, or join via video call, so they can talk to the host of the event or do their own presentation.
Somewhere this could be used is an awards event, a graduation ceremony or conferences.
The second type of live stream is often referred to as hybrid. Similarly to the first type of live stream, we set up in a physical location but add the layer of an audience in the room. For something like this, we would then have to consider adding extra sound and visual requirements, such as loud speakers and extra tv screens for the audience in the room.
Hybrids are also ideal for awards, graduations and conferences, but allow you to have an audience in the room.
The third type of live stream is going completely virtual. We have no physical presence and we can stream your virtual event from our offices in Wolverhampton. All speakers, presenters and hosts appear via video call, which we can then run through our software and then push out again through a ‘virtual stage’. We’ve used this variation to have participants calling in from across the world. Conferences with a global or national audience are ideal for virtual live streams.
Streaming your event live on the internet makes it accessible to a worldwide audience. It can dramatically increase its interaction and engagement rates. We can even provide you with the final video of the event quickly, because we use state of the art vision mixers to change multiple camera angles on the go.
