Live streaming is the perfect accompaniment to your event and the best way to expand your reach to new levels.

They make it accessible to the widest audience possible and let the whole world watch your event in real time.

Not only that, they immortalise your event! You’re left with a full video of your event that you can then edit into smaller, more shareable highlight versions and start creating the buzz for your next big event.

Live streaming can work brilliantly for companies looking to deliver key messages across the world without unnecessary travel for lots of staff. It can also work well for awards ceremonies, sports events and graduation ceremonies at universities.

More or less any kind of meeting of people can be live streamed and made to look incredible.

The days of super expensive and heavy equipment requiring a satellite dish are well and truly behind us. All we require is a high quality wired internet connection and good vantage points to place our cameras and we are able to deliver a live streaming video service for you.

This has helped dramatically with the costs – something that was only realistic for the likes of BBC News is now possible for many businesses. Exact costs will depend on your requirements and we will be happy to advise if you have a live streaming need.

We are able to distribute live streamed video content across many platforms online. This can be on a dedicated landing page, on YouTube or any other streaming platforms, including Zoom, Facebook and Vimeo. We can also keep the recordings of the events for watching back at a future date or for further video editing.

We have a plethora of equipment and can cater to any size live stream, we use a number of remotely operated cameras, controlled from our production console, meaning we can operate in much smaller teams and our cameras have a smaller footprint.

Our experienced in-house team can look after the whole set up, staging, graphics and any video content.

We can include your branding across the whole live stream and embed engaging features for your audience such as live chat and polls.

Our team love a challenge and almost every live stream we do comes with its own challenges, we will work with you to find the best solution for the best live stream possible!

There are 3 types of live streaming:

This is where you set up in a physical venue, have presenters, speakers and hosts all on a stage, talking to a virtual audience who could be watching anywhere in the world.
Participants on the stream might physically present on stage, or join via video call, so they can talk to the host of the event or do their own presentation.
Somewhere this could be used is an awards event, a graduation ceremony or conferences.

The second type of live stream is often referred to as hybrid. Similarly to the first type of live stream, we set up in a physical location but add the layer of an audience in the room. For something like this, we would then have to consider adding extra sound and visual requirements, such as loud speakers and extra tv screens for the audience in the room.
Hybrids are also ideal for awards, graduations and conferences, but allow you to have an audience in the room.

The third type of live stream is going completely virtual. We have no physical presence and we can stream your virtual event from our offices in Wolverhampton. All speakers, presenters and hosts appear via video call, which we can then run through our software and then push out again through a ‘virtual stage’. We’ve used this variation to have participants calling in from across the world. Conferences with a global or national audience are ideal for virtual live streams.

Streaming your event live on the internet makes it accessible to a worldwide audience. It can dramatically increase its interaction and engagement rates. We can even provide you with the final video of the event quickly, because we use state of the art vision mixers to change multiple camera angles on the go.

67% of viewers think that video quality is the most important factor when watching a live stream broadcast. (LiveStream)

OUR Live Streaming Video Service WORK

The live streaming team helped an Alumni team bring an in-person awards event online to reach an international audience.

The livestream involved creating a stage setup to impress the audience in the room, making sure the audience at home enjoyed the experience too.

The Alumni team were extremely pleased with what we achieved both in-person and online.

The University of Wolverhampton were looking to celebrate and send off the British Judo team taking part in the Tokyo Olympics.

For this live streaming project, we created a set in a sports hall using, staging, backdrops and lighting creating an impressive atmosphere

We were able to ‘go live’ to The British Judo by using an additional live link setup back to the main room.

Check out this live streaming behind the scenes video we captured, showing how we setup a live stream at a customers building.

We were tasked with live streaming a virtual university open day, with a mixture of in-person and online contributors.

This live stream allowed the university to still hold an ‘open day’ for anyone unable to make it onto campus.

Do you have an event coming up which you would like live streaming for, we know we can help.
