Our Brief
We gave careful thought to the specifications and objectives of the event videography project, which included producing a highlights video that covered the atmosphere of the evening, an engaging infographic animation to communicate crucial apprenticeship statistics.
Last but not least, we were entrusted with producing visual content for displays placed throughout the event venue to display winners and highlight sponsors.
Event Videography
To ensure a successful outcome, we worked closely with Worcestershire Apprenticeship Hub and Opening Doors and Venues.
Together, we formulated a plan that encompassed all aspects of the event videography. We had various discussions to gather valuable insights and ideas from each party, allowing us to understand their expectations and preferences.
Following the discussions, we began storyboarding the animations and mapping out the sequence of videos. This process enabled us to visualise the content and ensure a cohesive narrative throughout. Simultaneously, we handled the logistics, ensuring that all necessary resources, equipment, and team were coordinated and ready to get to work on the event videography plan seamlessly.
For the event videography highlights video, we captured the most impactful moments of the evening, including all of the awards being given out to emphasise the energy, excitement, and success of the event. This helped to create a concise and engaging video that effectively conveyed the atmosphere and key highlights to a broader audience.
The infographic animation played a crucial role in presenting apprenticeship statistics and messages. We designed visually appealing graphics and animations that communicated complex information in an accessible and captivating manner. By combining engaging visuals with informative content, we aimed to inspire and inform viewers about the benefits and opportunities of apprenticeships.
In addition to capturing the essence of the event videography, we worked closely with sponsors to create visually appealing content that showcased their support and involvement. By prominently displaying sponsor logos and messages throughout the event venue, we ensured their recognition and appreciation.

The content played at the awards on the evening, really helped to visualise and get across the amazing work going on with apprenticeships in Worcestershire. Working on this type of content shining a light on the next generation of talent is something that makes us really proud to be a part of. The highlights videos are a great representation of what happened and for stakeholders to look back on fondly, as well as helping to engage with new audiences for the future to show them what they can be a part of. The meal provided was also delicious!

We’ve had creative control to evolve a different style and feeling in different years. Previously we picked a space theme, but this time, it revolved around pop colours and friendly characters to reflect a young generation which is who it’s all about. Also, evolving different ideas for each award nomination creates a fun challenge to keep it fresh and different. For those reasons we really enjoy working with this customer and for the great cause they stand for.
