The key focus for this video promo was to film the machine whilst it was running at a warehouse based in leicestershire. The video team carried out a recce of the warehouse before the filming to get a sense of the space they would be working in.
The customer was keen to film the printer in a blacked out studio environment - slightly tricky when it weighs several tonnes!
To overcome this the team at Amica put a dark carpet underneath the printer, whilst the Stone’s Throw team hung some dark sheets along the back to create a dark backdrop.
These physical elements were complemented with our exceptional editor Phil’s After Effects skills, he managed to create just the environment Amica were looking for on their video.
To complete the video promo package five 30-second social media videos were made focusing on different unique selling points.

This video was a challenge we greatly accepted! We successfully managed to come up with a solution to help make the printer look as if it was in a dark environment. With the combination of our dark sheets and Phil's phenomenal editing skills, the video turned out to be a great asset to Amica.
