We joined forces with one of the most famous football clubs in the country for a corporate video all about its official tyre partner!
Formed in 1878, West Bromwich Albion (WBA) is one of the founding members of the Football League, with the team currently (at the time of writing) one of the 20 that make up English football’s top division - the Premier League.
As an established and successful club, WBA enter into partnerships with a number of organisations across the globe – an example of which being the club’s relationship with the Indian multinational company MRF Ltd.
The organisation - India’s leading tyre brand and the world’s 16th largest tyre company – signed up to become the official tyre partner of the club for the 2017/18 season.
We were approached by the commercial team at West Brom to ask if we could create a video showcasing how the firm advertises at the club’s iconic stadium!
To tackle this brief, our filming team travelled to The Hawthorns – the home of West Brom FC since 1900 – to capture MRF’s presence at the ground, such as on the club’s LED screen, matchday tunnel and digital advertising boards.
These shots were then combined with footage of the stadium, match action, and crowd reaction from a West Brom home game to create the 90 second corporate video which you can watch above.
Our video concludes with the MRF Ltd and West Brom logos, to symbolise the partnership between the two organisations.
