In recent years businesses have identified this trend, and are aware that 90% of consumers watch online video, and that 57% of consumers say that product videos make them more confident in a purchase and less likely to return an item.
More importantly perhaps, research has found that the inclusion of video increases a customer’s time on a website by 9%, and that they are 64% more likely to purchase a product than other site visitors.
