Our Brief
We joined forces with an exclusive events company for a whiteboard animation all about its bespoke services!
Based in the centre of Birmingham, the Monsoon Venue Group is a venue and event management provider that specialises in working with prestigious locations across the Midlands for the successful hosting of Asian events.
From wedding receptions to private dinners, the Group takes on the sales, marketing, and delivery of events on behalf of its partner venues – helping them to break into new markets and revenue streams in the process.
The company is proud to have a portfolio of venues it partners with which includes The ICC Birmingham and Stoneleigh Abbey amongst others, and is made up of a team who understand the cultural differences within Asian events.

When the Group got in touch with us to ask if we could create an animation for them we were only happy to help!
For this project, we wanted to not only raise awareness of the Group’s services but also highlight their benefits too.
This is why in our whiteboard animation (which you can watch above) we take time to show how the Group can make life as easy as possible for employees at event venues – employees such as Sarah the sales manager.
Our animation shows how the Group risk assess, audit liability, and take responsibility for all event logistics, security and suppliers throughout its planning stages and delivery – services which certainly help take a load off Sarah’s mind!
