We teamed up with a software company for a drawing timelapse all about a new function of its mobile application for college students and staff!
Headquartered in Jerusalem and boasting a presence across the globe, the Ex Libris Group is an Israeli firm which started life as an internal project at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1980.
Today the firm offers cloud-based solutions to help institutions improve their research outcomes and student engagement (amongst other aspects) across a number of products.
One such product is the ‘campusM’ app – a “personalised mobile experience” designed to provide college students and staff with an integrated and cross-platform service for their on-campus needs.
To help promote the app’s new “attendance solution” feature, the team at one of the Group’s UK offices got in touch with us for a drawing timelapse to do just that!
Our brief for this project was to create a video which showed how this new feature works, how it is hassle free for students and staff alike, and that it is conveniently integrated within the existing campusM software.
To achieve our aims we decided that a drawing timelapse was the right way to go – an animation where a story is drawn on a whiteboard (or something that resembles a whiteboard) by an artist who is recording him/herself in the process.
As you can see above, our effort spends a little over two minutes explaining what the app’s new “attendance solution” is, how it works, and its benefits.
Equipped with background music and an engaging voiceover, we feel that our animation was the perfect way to tell the world about the campusM attendance function in a visually stimulating and engaging manner!

Like our drawing timelapse for this one, and think your organisation could do with one of its own to showcase a new product or feature?
If so, we know we can help, so why don’t you drop us a line today!
