We’ve all, at some point in time, encountered a product or service which we haven’t been fully satisfied with.
When this happens we usually have two options – to moan, or to suffer in silence. However, for two friends from Birmingham, there was another choice
.So disappointed were they in the quality of milkshake on offer in their home city, Ken Richards and Andrew Christley decided that they could do better.
Almost twenty years later, Dinkum Products is the leading player in selling milkshake packages to food service outlets in the UK and abroad, with their “Shmoo” thick shakes proving immensely popular.
The team at Dinkum got in touch with us regarding the creation of some video advertising for their products. They believe that their product is worth shouting about, and we thought so too!
Our video – which you can see above – emphasised Shmoo’s qualities, such as:
• Simplicity
• Profitability
• Consistency
and the number of additional offerings (such as straws, cups, toppings) that the caterer will receive when purchasing the Shmoo starter pack.
We feel that our video is dynamic and shows off the Shmoo range really well, particularly in the slo-mo shots with the bespoke music behind them.
We really enjoyed working on this project, although unfortunately our offer to create the video solely in exchange for a lifetime’s supply of Shmoo milkshake was declined!
Perhaps Mike creating this mess (see video below) didn't help with our lifetime supply prospects.
