Our Brief
In September, Kingswood Outdoor Activity Centre in Wolverhampton became the focal point for Novus Property Solutions' Apprentice Induction Day. Tasked with covering this event, our skilled crew of three embarked on a day of filming, with the brief to capture the essence of Novus's commitment to nurturing new talent.
The aim was clear – to create a compelling recruitment video that would showcase the spirit of the apprenticeship program, highlighting the enthusiasm and potential of the apprentices, as well as the supportive environment fostered by Novus Property Solutions.
Novus Apprentice Residential
Our approach was multifaceted. We focused on gathering cutaway footage of team-building activities, a Q&A session, and a social responsibility session, ensuring a well-rounded representation of the day's events. The crew also conducted interviews with both Novus staff and apprentices, including insights from Mr. John.
Utilising drone technology, we captured the grandeur of the outdoor adventure park, adding a dynamic aerial perspective to the video. Additionally, we provided a suite of photographs documenting the apprentices in action, intended for future promotional use.
The resulting recruitment video is a vibrant portrayal of the Novus apprentice program. It blends interviews and activity footage seamlessly, offering an authentic glimpse into the experiences of both apprentices and staff. The sunny weather added an extra layer of vibrancy to the visuals, accentuated by the video team, who adeptly navigated the challenges of outdoor filming.
