Grace began her journey in public relations at The Haven, a Wolverhampton-based charity, where she discovered her love for connecting people with causes that matter. Her next chapter took her to Compton Care in 2013, where she stepped into marketing and helped lead an ambitious full rebrand along with a viral campaign that caught national media attention.

By 2020, Grace had risen to Head of Communications at Compton Care, guiding the organisation through the immense challenges facing the charity world during the pandemic. In 2022, she took her expertise to Winston’s Wish, where she continues to shape meaningful marketing and communications strategies as Head of Marketing & Comms.
